If you are a business or organization that does not have a store front on N. First Street in between Elm and Ivy Streets (the closure area), but wishes to participate in the Halloween Trick or Treat Event from 3-6pm on October 31st 2023, please fill out your information below and we will assign you a location and send follow up communication about when to set up and more! Please keep in mind this is a kid-friendly event and all displays and treats should be appropriate for children. There are no vendors at this event (please do not plan to sell items). We expect roughly 2,000 Trick or Treaters to attend!
